Shipping and Delivery

  • Deliveries Within Accra : For deliveries within Accra, Lemak Enterprise partners with Yango as a trusted third-party delivery service. Delivery fees are based on Yango’s pricing system, which automatically calculates the charge per distance through their software. Customers are responsible for the delivery cost, which will be communicated before dispatch.
  • Deliveries Beyond Accra ; For orders outside Accra, Lemak Enterprise will send the package to a reliable courier service capable of delivering to the customer’s location. The customer will pay the delivery fee directly to the courier service upon receiving the item or as required by the courier.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on distance, courier schedules, weather, and other logistical factors. Lemak Enterprise is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or external conditions beyond our control.

If you wish to return a product, please read our return policy and contact our customer service team before sending any item back. Returns will only be accepted for eligible products in their original condition and packaging.
